Splish Splashin’ Fun Pool Party

Have fun at our indoor pool all season long. Guests will have use of the waterslide, water features, and “swirly pool”, for splish splashin’ fun.

*Pool parties are scheduled during Family Open Swim. All parties require a parent-to-child safety ratio in the pool. Children 6 years and under must have a parent-to-child ratio of 1:3 in the pool. Children 7-9 years must have a parent-to-child ratio of 1:5 in the pool. Children 10 and older must have 2 parents on the pool deck at all times. NO street shoes or strollers on the pool deck.

Fridays: 5:30 – 7:30 pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 12 – 2 pm or 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Fee: Members $225, Non-Members $250

For the first 25 guests (children and adults, including non-swimmers). The fee will increase by $5 for each additional guest the day of the party.

Ballet Party

Do you have a child who loves to dance? Ballet parties begin with an age-appropriate class for all guests, including those who may not have danced before, and culminate with an exciting in-studio performance starring the birthday child! Ballet attire is welcome but not necessary.

• Private Ballet Studio
• Hostess to assist in the party room
• Dance instructor
• Colored tablecloths
• All service utensils

Days/Times Available: Saturdays & Sundays from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Capacity: 15 children maximum
Fee: Members $300, Non-Members $315

Gym Party

This party will keep your guests moving with 75 minutes of activities in the gym. Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball are just a few of the sports your child can choose from. Along with sports, our party hostesses can lead your guests with playground games like Tag, Sharks and Minnows and Four Corners. Let us customize your Gym party to meet your needs.

Capacity: 25 children maximum
Fee: Members $250, Non-Members $280

Birthday Party FAQs

How can I book a birthday party?

• Birthday parties can be booked in person or over the phone. Any of our Front Desk staff can assist you in booking a birthday party.

How much advance notice is needed to book a party?

• We need a 2-week notice for all birthday party bookings.

Can I save a party date?

• No, unfortunately we cannot save a date. Payment in full is required to save a date.

How many party guests can I have?

• Party package price is for your first 25 total party guests (that includes children and adults). Room capacity is 40 total guests. There will be a $5 fee for each additional person over 25.

How early can I arrive to set up for my party?

• You may arrive 15 minutes early to meet with your hostess and set up before your party guests arrive. Your party guests should plan to arrive at the party start time.

How late can I stay after our party?

• Unfortunately, we cannot extend your party time. Maintenance is scheduled to begin evening cleanup at the conclusion of your party.

Can a party be longer than 2 hours?

• No. Parties are kept to the 2-hour limit.

Will I receive a phone call prior to my party?

• By the Thursday before your party, you will receive a phone call to confirm the number of children and the number of adults, to see what colored tablecloths the birthday child would like and to answer any other questions. Please leave us your cell phone number on your contract.

Are balloons allowed?

• Yes, balloons are allowed.

Can I have a piñata?

• No, unfortunately we do not allow piñatas at the party.

Can I bring an ice cream cake?

• The Fitness Center does not have a large enough freezer to accommodate an ice cream cake. If your birthday child is set on having an ice cream cake, advanced notification is needed so that we can make arrangements with the Senior Center to use their freezer.

What size cake can fit in the refrigerator?

• Our refrigerator can hold a Costco-sized sheet cake.

Can I use the stove/oven in the kitchen?

• No, the stove/oven in the kitchen is for staff and programs only.

Are sterno burners (catering warming gel) allowed?

• For safety reasons, the Fitness Center does not allow open flames (except for the birthday candles) to be used in the facility.

Can I bring floaties in the pool?

• Life jackets, puddle jumpers, water wings, etc., are not allowed in the pool during open swim.

What kind of food can I bring?

• In an effort to reduce the spread of germs, we ask that you keep it simple. We encourage pre-packaged snacks for guests as well as your cake or cupcakes to celebrate. Pizza and sandwiches are welcomed if you wish.

How many lifeguards are on duty?

• There are 3 lifeguards on duty during the party time.

Is the pool only for our party?

• No, all pool parties are combined with Family Open Swim.

Is there a bin or cart I can use to carry my stuff to the car?

• Yes, the Fitness Center does have a cart that you can use to wheel your items to and from the car.

Who instructs the ballet portion of the birthday party?

• Our very own ballet instructor, Ms. Rio, will instruct your party guest for 1 hour and 15 minutes of ballet activities.

How many hostesses do I get?

• You will have 1 hostess to assist you with your party (2 for gym parties).

How much time does the party spend in the pool, gym or ballet studio?

• Guests will usually spend 1 hour and 15 minutes in the pool, gym or ballet studio, leaving the remaining 45 minutes for changing (if they are in the pool), eating and cake.

Do the party guests eat before or after the activities?

• For all parties, guests will do the activity first and then go to the party room to eat and have cake.

Do party guests need to bring their own towel?

• Yes, we do not have towel service.

What does the NFFC provide?

We provide you with:

• Party hostess
• Private party room
• Colored tablecloths (your choice of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, light blue, purple, pink, or black)
• Service utensils (knife to cut the cake, pizza cutter, ice cream scooper and spatulas to serve)
• Lighter to light the candles

The Fitness Center is a smoke/vape-free environment. There is no opening the emergency exit door located inside the party room to smoke. No alcohol is allowed at the Fitness Center.
