Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 62 and better will have FREE access to the Niles Family Fitness Center. Come explore our Fitness Center, participate in group activities and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer on this day only.

• 9 a.m.–12 p.m.: Quick Start demos of fitness equipment (Fitness Floor)
• 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.: Blood pressure screenings (Lobby)
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m..: Wii Bowling (Lobby)

Class schedule:

• 8 a.m.–8:50 a.m.: Aquacise (Pool)
• 9 a.m.–9:50 a.m.: Aquacise (Pool)
• 9:30 a.m.–10:15 a.m.: Zumba Gold® (Senior Center)
• 10:30 a.m.–11:15 a.m.: Strength, Balance and Cardio (Senior Center)
• 12 p.m.–1 p.m.: Intro to Pickleball (Gym)
