Seasonal Spotlight: Leelanau Trail

You Conquered the Spinning® Contest!

The Niles Family Fitness Center members conquered their goal of cycling the Leelanau Trail in Michigan! From January through February, participants took a 390-mile ride by earning 23 miles for each spinning class they attended. This was a great way to commit to your fitness goals for the beginning of the year and fall in love with cycling!

When you participate in our group exercise challenges, you’re crushing your workout goals while building your fitness community. “The spinning contest is not just a competition,” says spinning instructor Julie A. “It’s a celebration of endurance, strength and community. There’s nothing more satisfying than leaving a group of people who push themselves to their limits. The energy and shared determination of the riders is fantastic.”
