Celebrate Senior Health & Fitness Day with Us.

Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors will have FREE access to the Niles Family Fitness Center. Come explore our Fitness Center, participate in group activities, and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Refreshments will be served throughout the day as a token of our appreciation for our thriving senior community. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer for this day only.

Membership Offer

Seniors who join on this day will receive $0 enrollment, 3 guest passes and a tote bag.

Event Schedule

• 7:55 – 9:05 a.m. Yoga – Group Ex Studio

• 9 – 9:50 a.m. Aquacise – Pool

• 10:10 – 11 a.m. Aquacise – Pool

• 10:10 – 11:05 a.m. Zumba Gold® Toning – Gym

• 11:15 – 11:45 a.m. Balance, Core and More – aerobic studio

• 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Chair Volleyball – Senior Center

• 12:00 – 12:30 p.m. – Everything you want to know about fitness Q&A with Wanye – Multi B

FOR MEMBERS ONLY – Get plugged into mobile and virtual options.

Visit our tech table and our staff will help you set up the center mobile app, member self-service or virtual platforms and more. Tech table times: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
